Management Team

Lisa Xu, Chief Executive Officer, worked in the U.S. at Merrill Lynch and Princeton Review prior to becoming an entrepreneur in the educational services sector.  She has taught SAT and GMAT classes in both the United States and China, and helped many students gain significant score improvement.  Over the last decade, she has helped many students gain acceptance into some of the most selective universities in the U.S.  Ms. Xu has an EdM from Harvard, an MBA from Wharton, and a JD from Boston College Law School.

Robert Powell, Chief Operating Officer, worked as a senior software engineer for Bentley Systems in the United States for many years.  He also has considerable expertise in the admissions consulting field, having helped many students gain acceptance into and scholarships from American universities.  Mr. Powell holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MA in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
